Kangana Ranaut went classic in a gorgeous white Sabyasachi sari-blouse featuring gotapatti work and beautiful floral embroidery with a matching sleeveless blouse. She was there to launch the Swachh Bharat campaign’s short film Don’t Let Her Go.
The short film has recently been released on the internet and it stars Isha Koppikar, Ravi Kishan and Omkar Kapoor in crucial roles. Kangana has featured in the campaign’s ad as Goddess Lakshmi who promotes the cause Cleanliness Is Godliness with Amitabh Bachchan’s voice over in the background. During the press interaction, the Queen actress spoke about maintaining cleanliness in the country and appealed to everyone to support the cause.
The National Award winning star adorned her traditional attire with a lovely Dia neckpiece and wore a gajra over her hair bun. A dash of maroon lipstick and a small bindi complemented her look. She was styled by Ami Patel for the event. Recently, Kangana styled up in an ethnic Pero dress at Madaari’s screening. The actress undoubtedly knows how to pull off both Indian and Western looks with same ease.
At the event, the reporters also asked her to comment on writer Shobhaa De’s recent controversial remark against the Olympic participants. She replied that athletes should not get disheartened by such derogatory comments. Earlier, the author had quoted that sending Indian players to Olympics is just a waste of time and money.
Recently spotted, Kangana turned showstopper for Manav Gangwani at ICW 2016 Day 4 wearing a heavy lehenga-choli and a matching polki necklace. An embroidered mash dupatta perfectly complemented her look.
