Alia Bhatt voiced her concern on the ongoing controversies of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil circulating Pakistani actor Fawad Khan at Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards 2016. She said that it’s unfair to ban the film and Pakistani artists in the industry. The actress backed the film saying that she has seen bits of it and found it very beautiful and emotional. She further added that ADHM was shot a year ago when the scenario was entirely different from the current one. It has been reported that the actress has done a cameo role in the movie’s party number.
Alia’s next film Dear Zindagi is slated for release soon which features Shah Rukh Khan, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Kunaal Kapoor and Pakistani singer-actor Ali Zafar. As per latest media reports, the makers of the film have decided to drop Ali from the trailer of the film so as to avoid any controversies.
Dressed in a structured metallic dress and pointed lace up heels, the 23-year-old star looked lovely. She complemented her look with a high ponytail. Alia won the Youth Icon of the Year award at the event.
Last spotted, Alia went on a dinner date with mother Soni Razdan and sister Shaheen Bhatt. The three of them posed for the paparazzi outside a popular restaurant in Bandra.
