Nana Patekar and Prasoon Joshi attended a discussion titled My Idea of India at an event held in Mumbai. The actor inspired one and all at the event during his speech. Nana Patekar called Indian soldiers the real heroes and said that they should be adored and not the movie stars.
The actor spoke about various issues including the recent Bengaluru molestation incident. He strongly condemned the action done by a few youths in the city and said that they should be punished. Nana Patekar also called for more responsible reporting from the media during the interaction.
When asked by a reporter about his reaction to various comments made by people suggesting that women’s short clothes are to blamed, the actor said that its the man’s narrow thinking which needs to changed and not the clothes. Prasoon Joshi also managed to inspire everybody with a glorious poem which touched the right cords.
On the professional front, Nana Patekar will be next seen in Tadka which has been helmed by Prakash Raj. The movie also stars Shriya Saran, Taapsee Pannu, Ali Fazal and Murali Sharma among others.
