Bandra resident Shah Rukh Khan inaugurated a #Bandra sculpture adorning the flyover in the area. The art is done by Rouble Nagi which was an initiative of Poonam Mahajan, MP – Mumbai North Central and Mumbai Youth Forum.
The #Bandra sculpture overlooks a mural of father of Indian cinema, Dadasaheb Phalke. As expected Shah Rukh was surrounded by fans at the event who were eager to click him. The Badshah of Bollywood has been living in his Bandra home Mannat for more than 15 years.
With regards to his acting career, Shah Rukh has been gearing up for the release of his upcoming action drama Raees which is slated to hit the theatres on 25 January 2017. The actor has donned a rugged avatar for the film which has certainly intrigued his fans.
The movie will clash at the box-office with the Hrithik Roshan starrer Kaabil. Unlike Hrithik who has been on a promotion spree for his movie, Shah Rukh looks to have kept it low key as he hasn’t been seen at many publicity events for Raees.
Last spotted, Shah Rukh recreated his chemistry with Dear Zindagi co-star Alia Bhatt at a charity event. The duo was candidly clicked on more than one occasion at the event.
